TRIP N°1 : DUBLIN (Ireland)

Hello future globetrotters!

This is the first post on my blog and to start you off I'd like to introduce you to who I am in a few words.

My name is Leslie, I'm 21 years old and I'm a student in commerce and marketing in Lyon, France. I decided to spend my third year studying abroad in Scotland at the University of West of Scotland in order to improve my English, discover new cultures and learn to become independent. The ERASMUS programme has awakened the globetrotter in me and has given me the desire to travel and to share it with you.

Today I would like to take you on a journey through the country with the shamrock symbol: Ireland and more particularly its warm capital, Dublin. In this article, I propose to you a program to discover Dublin with 5 friends for 3 days during this spring break period but you can adapt my advices as you wish of course.

Dublin, Ireland

How do I get to Dublin and how much does it cost?

I suggest you leave with Ryanair on Tuesday 05 April 2022 from Edinburgh airport at 14:15 for a one hour flight at €17.41. The return flight will be on Thursday 07 April at 21:10 for €18.82. This means that your airfare will cost you €36.35.

Where to sleep in Dublin?

There are many accommodations available to sleep in Dublin but I recommend you to stay in a youth hostel. For 3 days, the Generator Dublin Youth Hostel offers a room for 6 people for €316.68 or €52.78 per person for two nights in the centre of Ireland's capital.
